Thank you for choosing Eclectic Eats for your event. As availability is limited please book your event date as soon as possible to secure your date.

Fees: The indoor or outdoor venue can be booked separate or together.

Time and setup: Event duration is up to five hours and additional setup time of two hours is free of charge. Start and end times must be adhered to. The venue is equipped with lighting. Additional battery operated lighting is an additional option.

Food and beverage: Outside caterers must be approved in writing by an Eclectic Eats manager prior to signing a contract with such caterer. Upon event conclusion, all surfaces must be clean and all garbage taken away.

Alcoholic beverages: Outside caterers are responsible for providing necessary licensing and ensuring no underage drinking occurs.

Entertainment: If you choose to bring in your own entertainment (band,DJ,etc), they must prove their own equipment and adhere to noise levels within city of Delray Beach noise ordinance. No loud music after 10PM.

Tents: Tents may be rented but must be installed by a licensed contractor. Additional charges may apply.

Insurance: An active liable policy of one million dollars which includes liquor liability (if applicable) and names Eclectic Synergy LLC. Please provide this policy at least 30 days prior to event.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is require upon signing of your contract to secure your date. The remaining balance (including tax) must be paid 30 days prior to your event start date. Weather - at no time shall Eclectic Eats be liable for inconvenient or bad weather that may affect your event or any consequential damages resulting from that. Eclectic Eats will gladly reschedule your event to the next available date.
