CATERING GUIDELINES

Availability: Your event is confirmed upon signing of the contract and deposit has been received.

Prices: Food and beverage prices are subject to state sales tax (7%) and gratuity or services charges (22%).

Payment information: The signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to validate your contract and secure your date. A valid credit card must be presented to remain on file.

Cancellation policy: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. The 50% remaining is due 30 days prior to the event at which point it is also non-refundable.

Food and beverage minimums: Eclectic Eats requires a minimum food and beverage revenue for all events (excludes sales tax and service charges). Additional venue rental fee will apply if the minimums are not met. All buffet functions require a minimum of 40 guests (any less subject to fee)

Menu options: The chosen menu must be confirmed with a catering manager no later than 30 days prior to your event. Changes can be made if approved in writing by the catering manager. Final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event date. If the number of guests exceeds the guaranteed number you will be charge for the additional number of guests.

Setup: Eclectic Eats will provide house existing tables, a guestbook/gift table, house existing chairs, candles, and a pre decorated venue. For handling the flow and dynamic of your event, we suggest hiring our in-house DJ/MC and event planner or bringing your own.

Optional valet parking: 1-40 guests $50 - 41-75 guests $125 - 76 + $175.

Additional staffing fees: Buffet under 50 guests incurs a setup fee of $250. Attending Chef's fee of $125/2 hours (up to 50 guests). Bartender $125 (65 guests or less). Dessert station setup fee of $150. State tax of 7% and taxable 22% service charge will apply to all staffing fees.

Specialty cakes: In-house cakes avaible upon request as well as the option to bringing an outside vendors cake at a $50 cake cutting fee (includes plates and utensils). Tax and service charge not included.

Outside vendors: Eclectic Eats must be informed of all outside vendors at least 45 days prior to your event. These vendors must be licensed and insured. Vendors are responsible for breaking down and cleaning up of their supplies at the end of the event. Storage cannot be provided by Eclectic Eats. Tenting is permitted, however, proof of license and property damage insurance must be provided 30 days prior to event date.

The French banquet service "a la francaise" is a technique in which platters of food are assembled in the kitchen, brought table side, & served to each guest. It is an upscale service that is elegant and artistic without being pretentious.
